Nitto Denko America and Nitto Denko Automotive products are subject to U.S. export controls, which may prohibit or limit the re-export of goods from our customers’ locations to other countries. It is Nitto Denko America and Nitto Denko Automotive’s policy to comply with all applicable export control laws, and to require the same of our customers.
Articles may not be exported or re-exported to where the export of such article would require a license from the U.S. Government if made from the United States. Customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary export licenses from U.S. authorities prior to exporting or re-exporting Nitto Denko America and Nitto Denko Automotive products from their home countries. Nitto Denko America and Nitto Denko Automotive will cooperate with and assist any customer seeking a re-export license.
Customers shall not export or re-export, directly or indirectly, any Nitto Denko America and Nitto Denko Automotive products to Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria or any other country subject to embargo or sanction administered by U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control, or to any person or entity on OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals List or the Entity List or Denied Persons List maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security, without first obtaining a license from the U.S. Government. It remains the case that no customer shall export or re-export, directly or indirectly, any Nitto Denko America and Nitto Denko Automotive product for use in the design, development, production or use of chemical or biological weapons, or nuclear explosives or facilities to any country without first obtaining a license from the U.S. Government. Finally, no customer shall export or re-export, directly or indirectly, any Nitto Denko America and Nitto Denko Automotive product for use in the design, development, production or use of rockets, missiles, or unmanned air vehicles without first consulting and complying with the appropriate U.S. government regulations.
