P-440 NAT

4-MIL PTFE COATED GLASS CLOTH TAPE

 

P-440 NAT is the ideal insulating tape for dielectric sealing and embossing.  Our tape is engineered for use in high temperature ground insulation applications and has excellent puncture resistance. This tape is also available with liner, P-440L.

Features
  • Chemically inert.
  • High temperature resistance.
  • Constructed with a resilient and abrasion resistant backing that exhibits markedly better resistance to cut-through cold flow, deformation and shrinkage than unsupported PTFE.
  • Superior dimensional stability.
  • Low coefficient of friction makes for excellent non-stick and anti-friction characteristics.
  • Performs well under humid conditions, resists wrinkling and blistering, and is tear resistant.
  • Carries a Class 180° C electrical rating.
