5033X

NON-WOVEN DOUBLE COATED SPLICING TAPE

 
Nitto double coated tape 5033X consist of a non-woven tissue carrier, coated with a light and ageing resistant pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. Mainly used for splicing operations in the cardboard and paper industry.
 
Nitto 5033X is a DC-splicing tape with a very high adhesion, high tack and splice efficiency (>200m/min). The tape has a high shear resistance (recommended for splicing on corrugators), high repulsion resistance and good temperature resistance. The DC-splicing tape is suitable for all paper types (different surfaces, low and high grammage, 100% recycled papers, …) used in corrugated board production.
