R9406HS

SINGLE COATED REPULPABLE TAPE FOR EDGE PROTECTION AND REEL CLOSING IN PAPER MILLS

 
Nitto repulpable single coated tape R9406HS consists of a special repulpable creped paper coated with a repulpable pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive.
 
Features
  • Designed for its special elongation properties in both directions which results in a mutual very high stretching and shear resistance
  • The silicone release coating permits an easy unwind and application, there is no need for an interliner
  • The tape is not designed to be used as a splice tape (butt splice, "safety overlap splice") which will be coated or printed in a later stage
  • For storage, the tape is hermetically sealed in plastic bags, to maintain constant moisture content
  • Nitto R9406HS passes repulpability test by TAPPI Method UM213
