We would like to confirm the changes of Permacel as a company and the Permacel brand name change for products which you may be inquiring.

Please note that effective October 1, 2009, Permacel, a Nitto Denko Company, will transfer to our existing group company Nitto Denko America. Effective on this date, all operations will be merged together with current Nitto Denko Americas group companies. This transfer is to allow our Nitto Denko organizations take advantage of combined synergies. In no way will this impact the continued supply or quality of the product you purchase or seek from Permacel.

Permacel branded products produced after October 1, 2009 will convert over to the current Nitto Denko corporate brand called Nitto Tape. All boxes, cores and labels will be converted over to the current Nitto Denko packaging standards. Permacel “P” product numbers, core marking, lot numbers and specifications will remain the same. All product quality and management systems will continue operating under the current Nitto Denko policy and programs.
